STUDENTS AND EMPLOYEES’ GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE If you believe that school employees, on the basis of your race, color, religion, gender (sex), national origin, or handicap, are mistreating you, you have a complaint and a remedy. Please tell any school employee in whom you have confidence, most particularly the principal, a guidance counselor, or trusted teacher that you have a complaint about the manner in which you are being treated and why.
