Final Exams

Dear CHHS Students and Parents,

In order to make the exam schedule work with 3 early release days, we’ve had to modify the schedule slightly from the way it has been in past years. The exam schedule is posted on the school website.

Additionally, we need everyone’s help and cooperation to make the exam schedule work smoothly and to the academic benefit of all our students. Therefore, we have set the following expectations during the final exam period:

Academic Excellence is to be the focus during all final exam periods. Students are to be in all classes and prepared for their final exams.
Our advisement schedule provides a unique educational opportunity in that students will now have an entire final exam period to study for upcoming final exams. Each advisement period will have at least 1 exam to follow. Therefore, it is the student’s responsibility to plan ahead and have plenty of materials with them before the advisement period begins. This would include study guides, books, notebooks etc…that support any upcoming exams.
Students will not be allowed to leave the classroom during exams unless there is a dire emergency.

Students and parents, your cooperation is paramount to making the schedule work smoothly for all concerned. We want students to have the best performance possible on their final exam. Good luck as you prepare for the last few days of the semester.
