Microsoft Office 2007 Documents and Office 2003 Fix

Students doing work at home with the new version of Office can't open those files at school. You can't open a Word 2007 file with Word 2003.

The reason: It is XML.

So you need to get the Office Compatability Pack at

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=941B3470-3AE9-4AEE-8F43-C6BB74CD1466&displaylang=en#QuickInfoContainer

This is a 27 meg download so it will take a few minutes. It will allow you to double click the new files to open them.
